The Australian Film Institute Award for Best Documentary, 2005 was awarded to Land Mines – A Love Story at 'a gala event' in Melbourne last night. In his acceptance speech Dennis O'Rourke said that, in this type of film, it is the subjects who deserve the acclaim and recognition, not the director...
